This is My Story

From 2010-2015 I went to CS university, where we used Java quite heavily. After graduating, I spent some time working with augmented reality and games, which were topics that interested me. My internship was with augmented reality (Java/Android) and after that I worked for a year for a company called Manifesto Games, developing games with Java/Android.

After that I decided to transition my career to work as a web developer, and I started studying the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node). I got a job for a company called BeefSystem where I stayed for about a year, and this job introduced me to Adonis framework, Redux, Redux-Saga, Material-ui, Styled components, MySQL, among other things. After that I spent some time doing freelance jobs and soon after I got my second job, which was at Code From Anywhere. This was my introduction to Typescript. At this point I also started using Next.js and React Native, as well as continued with Node.js in the backend. Mostly my job there was to "automate the web", so I worked fullstack for a while in an application called King that scraped a lot of information from social media, stored and processed the data, and also scheduled automated tasks like sending posts or messages at specific times.

A few months in Code from Anywhere, I got referred by my boss to a second job, at a company called Coworksurf (https://www.coworksurf.com/), where I basically took responsibility for everything - frontend, backend, deploys, and also onboarding and managing new devs. In coworksurf, I continued my experience with Typescript, Node.JS, MySQL, NPM, and so on.

After Coworksurf, I worked as a senior fullstack developer at Scout (https://www.tryscout.ai/), a US-based B2B service that offers prospecting tools and customer relationship management (CRM). I was responsible for building their entire LinkedIn integration system, which included features like bulk importing of LinkedIn contacts, automated messaging and connection requests, and implementing webhook logic to track message replies.

The languages I have the most experience in are Javascript and Java.

I also have some experience with C++.

I think its worth noting that I've always worked with "git", as well as scrum, for many years.

What I do

I work mainly with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, NodeJS). I have experience in developing backend API's, managing state, creating authentication and have knowledge of Unit Testing.I'm quite skilled with websockets and socket.io, know how to use NPM and have some knowledge on how to use Docker and put dynamic websites to production.
